Satipaṭṭhāna: Insight Meditation Retreat for Experienced Students

Drawing on his canonical studies of early Buddhism, Bhikkhu Anālayo will present his vision of how all four satipaṭṭhānas (ways of establishing mindfulness) can be practiced together. He will offer meditation instructions twice a day and give short evening talks introducing each of the different satipaṭṭhāna exercises. Akincano and Shaila will be meeting retreatants about their practice and will also give evening talks, where they will take up various aspects related to the satipaṭṭhāna practice done that day.
